We at TCR are committed to providing you with:

We provide Service and Support Monday thru Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm at regular service rates.
Our phone is answered 24hours a day 7 days a week. When you leave a message our on call Service Tech will be paged and call you back to help with your problem. (Sorry calls after hours must be from our customer base or in our local geographical area calls from outside our area will not be returned until the next business day)
We hope to have a list of Frequently Ask Questions on our web site in the near future. We also are planing on a tip to help you get the most out of your system. If you have any ideas please let us know how we can better serve you.
Our goal is to have all service calls with same day service. Any call received before noon service before days end any call received after noon service by noon the next day. Of course we will always respond ASAP on any store down situation.
